How can I pay my order?

You can pay online via the secure payment processor Mollie. Payment methods available are:

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated on the total order and will be displayed at the time of payment.

Where do you ship to?

Nanex Company delivers its products exclusively to consumers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and England.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel free of charge prior to sending the order. You must contact us by email at contact@nanexcompany.com. Payment will be (partially) refunded within 7 days by Nanex Company. If the shipment has already been sent, the order cannot be cancelled free of charge.

How do I return (part of) my order?

You can return your order or partial order within a period of 14 days after the moment of delivery free of charge in accordance with article VI.47 of the Economic Law Code. The revocation must be notified by email at contact@nanexcompany.com

You must return the goods, in their original condition and packaging, to the registered office of Nanex Company within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal at the latest. You are responsible for the costs of return.
